My Solution

This was a whole home remodel transitioning a traditional house into a contemporary style home. The client was encouraged to remodel the existing instead of building new.

The new style of the exterior of the home was designed by Schill Architecture, Cleveland.

The interior of the home was designed by my company KAS Interiors, in Cleveland. The interior of the house needed to be completely gutted to get the look that the client’s wanted. They have a large family and entertain a lot. This home is located on the water so elements of water can be seen throughout the entire design. When a client asks for a “cool house”, you try to give them a cool house.
