One of the most well known versatile designers in todays fashion industry is Ralph Lauren.  The Ralph Lauren company focused on clothing for many years.  In 1996 the company began dealing with home goods.  These collection include furniture, lighting, wall coverings, and paint.

Another top clothing designer that has expanded his company into dealing with  home interiors is Roberto Cavalli.  In fact, he also has passions in vodka and wine making.  His interiors work began with murano glass, tiles, linens, tile and wallpaper.  He has now expanded his enterprise further by open Cavalli Restaurants and Lounges where peoples can dine on excellent food and enjoy a sophisticated atmosphere.  Definitely a designer that is not afraid to try new things.

Georgio Armani has tossed in his hat as well into the interior design market by developing a line of furniture, lighting, textiles and accessories.  In 2000 he introduced Armani SpA in which cosmetics and furniture came into play.  In 2003 he began Armani / Casa a full service interior design firm with projects all over the word.
